If you need a nutrition expert in your hospital or medical centers to assist with a deficiency free survey or your facility needs to be audited for compliance with New York State regulations please contact us to set up an appointment. Pricing will be discussed depending on your needs.

Office Visits

Office Visits are by appointment only and will be confirmed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Home Visits

If you are unable to make an office visit and need nutrition counseling in your home, we will come to your home or place of business. If your schedule is hectic or you want privacy in your own surroundings we are available to accommodate your needs. Home visits include initial nutrition evaluation and consultation.

Telephone Conference Sessions

Phone sessions are similar to office visits. The difference is that we will discuss your concern over the phone or through video chat via Skype (free of service). Specifically at the time of your appointment, you will confirm and call my office unless other arrangements have been made. Please not the time zone differences. We are on the east coast time zone. You can download and fax the nutrition assessment form and mail payment to LIPID.

Online Nutrition Counseling

This service is ideal for the busy person who wants privacy, convenience and comfort in their own surroundings. Enjoy the luxury of online nutrition counseling at home or at the office. Internet services for e-consultations are available for the following services:

To schedule an online appointment please, fill out the Request an Appointment form. You may also download the order form, as shown above, and either fax or mail it with your payment to LIPID. Once payment is received you will be sent an acceptance email to get started on your path to a healthy lifestyle. You will be notified by email to schedule your online services.
